Nevada Students Have Good Year at Fair

The Nevada school district has had a large increase in participation in FFA and thanked and congratulated Mr. Givens and the students. The district did quite well at the Nevada County Fair with many awards being won including first and second place for hogs by Johnston and senior showmanship winner Curtis Jordan. This is the first year the students have shown livestock. Thanks were given to Riley Wall, Peyton Jackson and Todd Brown for their help.

The district is looking forward to further competitions this year – Four States, District and State.
