Dannie Mae Davis

We are mournful of the passing of Dannie Mae Davis on October 18th, 2025. Dannie lived 84 years and left us with lots of wonderful memories that touched the hearts of the Davis Family. She was a brave soul who had to battle many life and medical issues, who graced our hearts with compassion and love.

Dannie is survived by her loving husband, James D. Davis; son, Tyrone Davis (Kathy); granddaughter, Britney A. Davis; great grandson, Tyrone B. Davis; a brother, Jesse Knox; many much-loved nieces, nephews, great & great-great nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her son, James D. Davis Jr.; grandsons, Tyrone and Brandon Davis; and 3 sisters, Mary, Barbara and Alice.

Bigma loved her bowling league, fishing in hot or cold weather, casinos and spending time with her Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church family, friends, neighbors and immediate family. She enjoyed reality TV shows such as DIY and Wilderness Survival shows.
