Final week to register: Fiber optic technician training at UA Hope-Texarkana starts November 10

HOPE – There’s just one week left to register for the Fiber Optic Technician program at the University of Arkansas Hope-Texarkana (UAHT). The course begins on November 10 and offers a fast track to a high-demand career in just eight weeks.
Classes will be held on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings, making it convenient for working adults or those looking to upskill quickly. Participants will gain hands-on training in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting fiber broadband systems—skills increasingly critical in today’s connected world.
Qualified applicants may be eligible to attend the program at no cost. Upon completion, students will earn industry-recognized certification and become job-ready for roles with top telecommunications employers.
