Latest Hope Police felony arrests

HOPE – On Monday, November 3rd, 2025, at 9:00am, officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Colby Cowley, 25 of Hope, AR in the 300 block of South Washington Street. Mr. Cowley was charged with Permitting Abuse of a Minor. Mr. Cowley was transported to the Hempstead County Detention Facility to be held for a first court appearance.

On Monday, November 3rd, 2025, at 9:00am, officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Jazmin Hernandez, 23 of Hope, AR in the 300 block of South Washington Street. Ms. Hernandez was charged with Permitting Abuse of a Minor. Ms. Hernandez was transported to the Hempstead County Detention Facility to be held for a first court appearance.

On Tuesday, November 4th, 2025, at 7:30pm, officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Kartavious Eason, 28 of Nashville, AR in the 400 block of Andres Street. Mr. Eason was charged with Domestic Battery 3rd (Felony) and Criminal Mischief 1st Degree. Mr. Eason was transported to the Hempstead County Detention Facility to be held for a first court appearance.
