Hope Veterans Parade

The residents of Hope showed up downtown on a chilly Monday evening to pay their respects to our veterans.  The annual parade started on Elm and wound through the downtown area.  The Grand Marshals were Ode Smith and Karissa McGuire.

The annual Veterans Day Program is set for Tuesday (11-11) at 11am at the old courthouse in Hope.  Jim Hunter is the keynote speaker.  The Lions Club will prepare a fish fry with veterans and their spouses eating free.  All others can purchase a fish plate for $15.  The public is invited.
