Hope Housing Authority Meeting

The Hope Housing Authority met recently. The minutes from the previous meeting were approved as was the agenda for the current meeting.

Review of the financials for October were also on the agenda. Tenant Charges for Low Income Public Housing and Multifamily were both approved.  So was Multifamily Enterprise Verification Operations and Security Policy Update to reflect HUD changes. Housing Choice Vouchers Utility Allowance Schedule were also approved as utility expenses in the jurisdiction have increased by 10 percent since last year.

There were Executive Staff reports by Ms. Wilson and Mr. Hicks.
