Coy Paul Tinsley Jr.

Coy Paul Tinsley Jr, 81, of Malvern, Arkansas passed away on Monday December 22, 2025. He was born to Coy and Iva Tinsley, Sr. on November 9, 1944. Coy was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Hobbies included playing cards and a good game of chicken foot with other residents at the Crossing in Malvern.

Preceded in death by his spouse, Nadine Tinsley, and stepsons, Gary Calhoun and Danny Calhoun. Survived by his daughters, Nina (Lynn) Johnson of Bauxite, Arkansas and Dianne (Robert) Phelps of Jonesboro, Arkansas; brothers, James Tinsley of Oklahoma and John Tinsley of El Dorado, Arkansas; sisters, Charlotte Laster of Malvern, Arkansas and Jane Dickson of Maumelle, Arkansas; nine grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and many friends at the Crossing.

There will be a graveside service held on Monday, December 29, 2025, at 2:00 pm at Holly Springs Cemetery, Willisville, Arkansas with Mr. Christopher Elliott officiating. Services are under the direction of A O Smith Funeral Home, Stamps. Arkansas.
