Request for catering proposals – Chamber Annual Meeting & Banquet

HOPE – The Hope-Hempstead County Chamber of Commerce is seeking catering proposals for our Annual Meeting & Banquet on Monday, April 13th at Hempstead Hall.

Service & Staffing Requirements:

Ready to serve by 5:00 PM

Two service lines to expedite service for 350–400 guests

Drink stations set up for easy access

Arkansas ServeSafe Certification required

Must be a Chamber member in good standing

Proposal Requirements & Deadline:

2–3 menu options with pricing

Any fees or taxes clearly listed

Deadline for proposals: February 27, 2026 (no proposals will be considered after this date)
