Southwest Arkansas Regional Medical Center Names Heather Hornbuckle Chief Nursing Officer

HOPE, AR — Southwest Arkansas Regional Medical Center (SWARMC) has announced the
appointment of Heather Hornbuckle, RN, as the hospital’s Chief Nursing Officer (CNO),
effective today.
In her new role, Hornbuckle will oversee nursing services across the organization, working
closely with clinical teams to support patient care, strengthen nursing operations, and maintain
high standards of safety and quality throughout the hospital.
Hornbuckle brings 21 years of nursing experience to the position and has built a reputation for
steady leadership, strong clinical knowledge, and a deep commitment to patient-centered care.
Her experience spans both bedside care and nursing leadership, providing a strong foundation
for guiding the hospital’s nursing staff and supporting continued growth within the organization.
