Spring Hill School news update

SPRING HILL – Spring Hill transition class has the new Easter stickers for sale. The form should be filled out and returned by the 20th. The cost is $2.

Graduation is on May 18th with Baccalaureate the day before. The last day of school will the 21st.

The 16th will be the start of the new Quarter. As April 3rd is Good Friday there won’t be any classes that day.

Coming up are a number of Sports competitions. On the 16th the track team will compete against Gurdon, the baseball team against Mountain Pine and softball against Bradley. On March 20-21 there will be a softball tournament in Texarkana and March 26-28, a baseball tournament in Murfreesboro.

The newsletter has recipe for Jambalaya, the athletes of the week Ava McBrayer and Luke Harper. In the spotlight are Coach Spangler and Junior Sarah Spangler. Coach Spangler teaches Science and is the head baseball and assistant football coach. Poindexter plays volleyball and softball.

The senior profiles are Jonah Grimmett and Karson Hamilton. Grimmett plans to attend SAU and study Mechanical Engineering. Hamilton plans to attend Missouri State.
