Bobcats shut down by Harmony Grove Hornets

CAMDEN – On Thursday, March 19th, the Hope Bobcats went on the road to Camden to face the Harmony Grove Hornets. In a close game turned blowout, the Bobcats lost 13-4 in a late game collapse. The Bobcats played a solid game for three and a half innings, scoring four runs and letting up three, until unfortunately giving up five runs a piece in the fourth and fifth innings. Starring for the Bobcats was the hit savvy Austin Courtney, who had three hits on three at bats, one being a double, and three RBIs to round off his impressive performance.

The Bobcats’ next game will be on Friday, March 20th, at 5:00pm in a rematch against the Arkadelphia Badgers at Hope’s Legion Field.
