Carrie Ann Hill, age 63, of Emmet, Arkansas passed away on Sunday, March 29, 2026, in Texarkana, Texas.
Mrs. Carrie was born on December 10, 1962, in Emmet, Arkansas to her parents Billy Joe and JoAnn Powell Arnett.
She is preceded in death by her parents, and her son, Josh Clayborn.
Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Mary Powell (Gary); one brother, Billy Arnett (Melanie); special friend, Karen McBride; and three grandchildren, Jesse Powell, Jase Powell, and Jax Powell.
Visitation will be held 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at Brazzel-Oakcrest Funeral Home.
A Graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at Snell Cemetery with Bro. James Cox officiating under the direction of Brazzel-Oakcrest Funeral Home.
