TEXARKANA – UAHT Board of Visitors member, Mrs. Mary “Prissy” Hickerson, was recently honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award during the Texarkana Chamber of Commerce’s second annual Women in Business event, held at The Primary Court in Nash, Texas.
The “Talk Derby to Me” themed event featured distinguished female leaders from across the region serving as panelists and celebrating the impact of women in business and public service.
Mrs. Hickerson was recognized for her years of dedicated leadership, service, and commitment to the community, including her continued support of the University of Arkansas Hope-Texarkana. Her contributions to the college and the surrounding region have made a lasting impact on students, faculty, and the communities UAHT serves.
UAHT extends its sincere gratitude to Mrs. Hickerson for her service to the college and congratulates her on this well-deserved honor. Her leadership, generosity, and dedication exemplify the spirit of service recognized by the Lifetime Achievement Award.
