FULTON – The Fulton Volunteer Fire Department responded to a one vehicle wreck on Interstate 30 at the 19-mile marker in the median. Arkansas State Police, Hempstead County Sheriff’s Office and Pafford EMS also responded. Pafford transported the patient to the Red River Truckstop to meet the medical helicopter.
