On May 5, 2026, our precious baby boy, River Ti’erre Parker, was born and gently called home the same day. His time on earth was brief, yet his presence will always fill our hearts with love.
River is the beloved son pf Peyton Parker of Washington, AR, and LaShanti Witherspoon of Mineral Springs, AR; grandson of Kristy Hicks of Texarkana, TX, and Monique Carrigan of Washington, AR; great-grandson of Arlene Carrigan of Washington, AR and Shirlean Hicks of Mineral Springs, AR; and the nephew of JaMaya Parker of Washington, AR, Gregory Hicks of Mineral Springs, AR, and Omari Witherspoon of Texarkana, AR.
River now rests peacefully in the arms of God. Though we held him for only a moment, he will live in our hearts forever.
