HOPE – On Tuesday, June 9th, 2026, at 3:00pm, detectives with the Hope Police Department arrested
Justin Reppo, 37 of Hope, AR in the 300 block of South Washington Street in Hope, AR. Mr.
Reppo was charged with Theft of Property and Computer Fraud. Mr. Reppo was held at the
Hempstead County Detention Facility pending a first court appearance.
On Friday, June 12th, 2026, at 9:00am, detectives from the Hope Police Department and deputies
from the Hempstead County Sheriff’s Office arrested Heath Starkey, 32 of Hope, AR in the 4000
block of Hempstead 3 in Hope, AR. Starkey was charged with Aggravated Assault and held at
the Hempstead County Detention Facility pending a first court appearance.
On Sunday, Junee 14th, 2026, at 7:33pm, officers with the Hope Police Department arrested
Nyah Garland, 20 of Hope, AR in the 2000 block of Holiday Drive in Hope, AR. Ms. Garland
was charged with Battery 2nd Degree and held at the Hempstead County Detention Facility
pending a first court appearance.
