NEW ORLEANS, LA – Hope Public Schools is proud to celebrate our very own Jair Arroyo, who has become the first student from Hope Public Schools to receive the Billy Michal Student Leadership Award.
Jair represented Hope Public Schools and the State of Arkansas at the American Spirit Awards in New Orleans, carrying with him the values of leadership, service, and excellence that define what it means to be a Hope Bobcat.
This achievement reflects Jair’s hard work, character, and commitment to growth. It also reflects the support of the teachers, administrators, mentors, staff, and school board members who continue to invest in student leadership across our district.
Jair shared his gratitude for the encouragement and opportunities he has received throughout his time at Hope Public Schools and expressed his hope to continue making HPS proud while inspiring future students to pursue leadership and service.
Congratulations, Jair. Hope Public Schools is proud of you.
