Peggy Thompson, age 87, of Hope, Arkansas passed away on Saturday, July 11, 2026, in Prescott, Arkansas.
Mrs. Thompson was born on January 27, 1939, in Hope, Arkansas to her parents, Leslie and Anna Bell Parton Terry. She had a passion for yard work, sewing, and art.
She is preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Thomas Gene Thompson.
Left to cherish her memory is her son, Terry Eugene Thompson and fiancé, Ashley Jones; brother, Carlton Terry; sister, DeWanna Paul; sister-in-law, Judy Thompson; granddaughter, Angel Wright; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Visitation will be held 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at Brazzel-Oakcrest Funeral Home.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 16, 2026, at White Oak Cemetery under the direction of Brazzel-Oakcrest Funeral Home, The Funeral Home of Hope, Ben Brazzel, Director.
