August 11, 2026, HOPE, AR — Hope Downtown Network is excited to announce the availability of $12,000 in Downtown Mini Grant funding to support continued reinvestment, revitalization, and historic preservation in Downtown Hope.
Funding for the Downtown Mini Grant Program is being made possible through Main Street Arkansas and Hope Downtown Network and is designed to encourage downtown business and property owners to invest in improvements to their buildings and businesses.
$12,000 Available Through 12 Mini Grants -The following grant opportunities will be available:
● Three (3) $2,000 grants — requiring a $1,000 cash match from the business/property owner
● Three (3) $1,000 grants — requiring a $500 cash match from the business/property owner
● Six (6) $500 grants — requiring a $250 cash match from the business/property owner
Downtown Mini Grant funds may be used for exterior or interior renovation projects, providing an opportunity for property and business owners to make meaningful improvements while leveraging their own investment with grant funding.

Mark Miller with Main Street Arkansas will lead the training session, walking potential applicants through the grant process, requirements, and application. The session will conclude with a Q&A, giving attendees an opportunity to ask questions before beginning their applications.
