Historic Washington State Park held their final performance of “Music in the Park” Saturday (8-15). First off was the annual songwriting contest. The Southern Songbirds took first place followed by Jerome Underwood with Liz and Kathy Woll taking third place.
The special guest group was the McWilliams Family from Caddo Gap, Arkansas. The group is no stranger to our area as Gary McWilliams grew up in Prescott. The McWilliams did lots of great bluegrass and gospel and the crowd responded warmly.
