HOPE – On Monday, August 10th, 2026, at 1:21pm, officers with the Hope Police Department arrested
Cameron White, 34 of Texarkana, AR in the 300 block of South Washington Street. Mr. White
was charged with Unlawful Act Regarding a Computer, Fraudulent use of a Credit/Debit Card
and Theft of Property. Mr. White was held at the Hempstead County Detention Facility pending
a first court appearance.
On Wednesday, August 12th, 2026, at 11:00am, detectives with the Hope Police Department
arrested Paradise Talley, 30 of Nashville, AR in the 300 block of South Washington Street. Ms.
Talley was charged with Forgery 2nd Degree and Fleeing. Ms. Talley was held at the Hempstead
County Detention Facility pending a first court appearance.
On Thursday, August 13th, 2026, at 2:31pm, officers with the Hope Police Department arrested
Juan Scott, 59 of Hope, AR in the 200 block of South Ferguson Street. Mr. Scott was charged
with Theft of Property and held at the Hempstead County Detention Facility pending a first court
appearance.
On Friday, August 14th, 2026, at 2:48pm, officers with the Hope Police Department arrested
Fredrick Haley, 29 of Waldo, AR in the 1500 block of Fairway Drive. Mr. Haley was charged
with Domestic Battery 3rd Degree, Aggravated Assault on a Family/Household Member, False
Imprisonment 2nd Degree and Possession of a Firearm by Certain Person(s). Mr. Haley was held
at the Hempstead County Detention Facility pending a first court appearance.
