PRESCOTT – Assistant Chief Wesley Wright gave the following report to the council for July 2026 stating that the Prescott Police Department logged 217 calls for service and 49 incident reports. Officers filed six accident reports, served 11 warrants, made 15 arrests, and recorded 48 criminal charges. Officers initiated127 contacts, including 53 with white males, 28 with black males, fourteen with white females, 31 with black females, and one classified as other. Officers conducted 127 traffic stops during the same period.
