Julie Lively Announces Candidacy for Reelection to Farm Credit Board, Area 3

For the past eight years, I have served alongside fellow directors and Farm Credit of Western Arkansas leadership in support of our agricultural and rural communities.

My husband and I have spent our almost 40 years of marriage building our life on the farm. We are retired poultry producers and now operate a small stocker cattle and hay farm near Fulton, Arkansas, where our family continues to value the rural way of life.

Agriculture is more than a profession to me—it is a way of life, and I understand the opportunities, challenges, risks, and rewards of farming in rural Arkansas.

Before retiring, I worked in education with Hope Public Schools as a classroom teacher and Instructional Coach. I hold BSE and MSE degrees from Southern Arkansas University, and my career strengthened my commitment to listening, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

I ask for your support and vote to continue serving Farm Credit of Western Arkansas with experience, sound governance, agricultural perspective, and a strong voice for stockholders.

Ballots should arrive to all Farm Credit Stockholders during the week of September 7, 2026, and must be returned before the October 5 deadline. Although I represent Area 3, all stockholders may vote for candidates in all areas. Thank you for the opportunity to serve and for your continued trust and support.
