Junior High Fall Picture Day is coming on September 14th.
Homecoming Court includes Tyi Butler as Queen, Maleya Wilson as Maid at Large Kynzleigh Fletchers as Flower Girl and Kameron Stewart as Crown Bearer. Also included are 10 maids listed on the school website.
Prescott is hiring an Administrative Assistant to the Elementary Principal.
School will close for Labor Day.
Last week students put their lab skills in action, testing their skills at 12 different measurement stations. Each station challenged students to practice accuracy, precision, proper equipment use, and careful data collection. This was a reminder that good science requires good measurements.
Also on the website was the Junior High newsletter. This included a message to parents of what to look for to keep their children safe, a football reminder, prohibited clothing, important dates coming up and Character Education students of the month.
Parent engagement night will be September 10th at 5:30. This will include free drinks and popcorn. Things covered will include school-wide goals, understanding student data, ABCs of student success and supporting learning from home.
