Christopher Weston, 47 of Hope, AR in the 300 block of East Greenwood Street. Mr. Weston

Vincent Cooper, 29 of Hope, AR in the 500 block of North Hervey Street. Mr. Cooper was
charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (Cocaine) and Possession of a Controlled
Substance (Marijuana) and held at the Hempstead County Detention Facility pending a first court
appearance.
