HOPE – The Hope Bobcat tennis team showed up in blistering dominance in their last home meet of the season on Monday, September 28th. Being their home stand, senior night was also held. Eight seniors were celebrated and greeted with a parent-provided table filled with a wide variety of foods and treats. Traveling to Hope Fair Park were the Mena Bearcats. The Bobcats held their ground with pristine excellence, winning all varsity matches, and most junior varsity matches. The match-up on Monday will make history as the last meet to be held on the Fair Park courts as the courts will be undergoing a demolition before new tennis courts and pickleball courts will be constructed, starting on October 5th. Marking the end of an era for these seniors, the night served as a beautiful farewell from the parents to the players. The Bobcats will finish their 2026 regular season on Tuesday September 29th, traveling to Dequeen to play the Leopards at 4:00 pm.
