Hope Man Arrested After Friday Footchase

HOPE – A 45-year old Hope man, Cecil L. Harris, was arrested Friday morning after a footchase by Hope Police Department officers.

Mr. Harris was charged with Delivery of Meth/Cocaine, Posession of a Firearm By Certain Persons, Fleeing, Posession of Drug Paraphernalia, Simultaneous Posession of Drugs and Firearm and Posession of Meth/Cocaine 2grams Class D, 2grams 10grams Class C and 10+ Class B.
