William Reid Clark 89, of Hope, Arkansas passed away Monday, February 6, 2017 in Hope, Arkansas. Reid was born May 25, 1927 in DeAnn, Arkansas to Grover and Dora Willis Clark.
He was retired from the State of Arkansas Highway Department and was a member of Unity Baptist Church, Hope, Arkansas.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Charlene Orr Clark; his mother and father; six brothers and two sisters.
He is survived by one daughter, Susan Clark Jones (Jimmy) of Hot Springs, Arkansas and one sister, Nelda McMillian of Centerpoint, Arkansas.
Visitation will begin at 1:00 pm on Thursday, February 9, 2017 at Herndon-Pharr Funeral Home, 403 South Main Street, Hope, Arkansas.
Graveside services will follow visitation at 2:00 pm on Thursday, February 9, 2017 in Memory Gardens Cemetery, Hope, Arkansas with Bro. Glen Tropp officiating, under the direction of Herndon-Pharr Funeral Home.
