S – Fredrick Hayes, 37, Prescott, AR

Mr. Hayes was arrested and charged with Criminal Trespass

2330 hours in the 700 block of South Spruce Street

S – D’Aundre Monk, 20, Hope, AR

Mr. Monk was arrested and charged with two counts of Domestic Battery in the Third Degree and served with a Failure To Appear warrant. One Domestic Battery charge occurred July 17, 2016 at the same location at 0300 hours.

S – Brandon Joseph, 23, Hope, AR

Mr. Joseph was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated (Drugs), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Failure To Register Vehicle.

S – Donna Anderson, 46, Hope, AR

S – Doyle Anderson, 61, Hope, AR

Both subjects were charged with Criminal Mischief in the 1st Degree.

2035 hours in the 600 block of West 3rd Street

S – Chase Powell, 30, Hope, AR

Mr. Powell was arrested and charged with Terroristic Threatening in the 1st Degree.

2334 hours in the 1700 block of West Avenue B

S – Monica Wood, 37, Sheridan, AR

S – Tommy Cole, 33, Hope, AR

Ms. Wood and Mr. Cole were each arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct. Ms. Wood was also charged with Battery in the 3rd Degree.

0811 hours in the 100 block of West Avenue D

S – Gary Huckabee, 38  Hope, AR

Mr. Huckabee was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Driving on a Suspended Driver’s License and and served with a Failure To Comply warrant.

2300 hours in the 300 block of West Commerce Street (USDA)

S – Casey Easter, 50, Little Rock, AR

Mr. Easter was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Improper Lane Change.
