Train Day Dancers Dazzle

HOPE–From 5 years old and up, the dance troops at Train Day dazzled a large crowd on Main Street. These kids, girls and boys, were the faces that inspired 1000 pictures.

Dancing in immaculate costumes, the teams busted it to both modern songs by Jennifer Lopez and classic tunes like “Putting on the Ritz”. All the performances were applauded by an ecstatic crowd. 12 year old Itzel Aguilar (pictured), dressed elegantly in a fusia cocktail dress, said she loves to dance, “though maybe not this early”.

One or two of the younger ones wandered offstage to their parents. They will probably eventually wander into colleges like UA, Hendrix, Vanderbilt, Columbia, or Harvard.

Talent is intelligence and these kids have it.
