Junior Auxiliary 5K Color Run This Saturday At UAHT
By Staff, 05/10/17 7:11 PMHOPE – The Junior Auxiliary of Hope, along with UAHT and BanCorp South will present a 5K Color Run this Saturday, May 13th at UAHT.
A Color Run, also known as the Happiest 5K in the world, has the participants being covered with a washable, non-toxic mix of all colors as they progress down the 3.1 mile course. All proceeds from this event will benefit the children of Hempstead County.
The adults 5K is from 8:00 to 9:00am; the entry fee is $25, and increases to $30 on the day of the race. “Day of” registration and packet pick up begins at 7:00am. The Kids Fun Run is from 9:09 to 9:30am and there is no cost.
