ACCIDENTS

A two vehicle hit and run accident occurred at 10:11 a.m. in the 100 block of Commerce.

A two vehicle accident occurred on private property at 11:28 a.m. in the 700 block of S. Town Dr.

A two vehicle hit and run accident occurred on private property at 9 a.m. at Wal-Mart.

A two vehicle accident occurred on private property at 9:30 p.m. in the 1200 block of S. Walnut.

ARRESTS

5/16

Jorges Cobas-Garcia, 35, and Frank Tajeda-Riveron, 24, both of Houston, TX, were arrested at 8:33 a.m. in the 2300 block of N. Hervey and charged with criminal possession of a forgery device.

James Robinson, 60, of Hope, was arrested at 9:02 p.m. in the 900 block of Henry C. Yerger and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Africa Farris, 27, of Hope, was arrested at 3:04 p.m. in the 400 block of E. Hickory and charged with third degree domestic battery and first degree criminal mischief.

A 12-year-old Hope boy was arrested at 8:09 p.m. in the 1200 block of S. Main and charged with terroristic threatening first degree.

Steven Parish, 44, of Hope, and Jennifer Pettit, 28, of Hope, were arrested at 12:31 a.m. in the 700 block of W. Mack and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Laquan Haynes, 18, of Hope, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. in the 900 block of S. Grady. Haynes was charged with possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

A 14-year-old Hope boy was arrested at 2:20 p.m. in the 900 block of S. Fulton and charged with breaking or entering a motor vehicle.

Herbert Parmer, 48, of Hope, was arrested at 9:18 p.m. in the 700 block of N. Greening and charged with possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and served with a warrant for failure to appear.
