Mrs. Myra Irvin Reese

Mrs. Myra Janis Irvin Reese, age 77 of Hope, Arkansas passed away Monday, May 22, 2017 in Wadley Regional Medical Center in Texarkana, Texas.  Mrs. Reese was born on June 8, 1939 in Hope, Arkansas to H.O. Grisham and Ollie Horton Grisham.  She is retired from the Migrant Center as a farm labor interviewer and she worked in public housing as well. Mrs. Reese is of the Baptist faith. She is preceded in death by her parents; H.O. and Ollie Horton Grisham, her husbands, Gordon Irvin and Hugh Reese, two brother; Duane and Conrad Grisham and her sister; Falba Watson.

Survivors include her two sons; Timothy Irvin, his wife, Rhonda of Hope, and Darrell Irvin, his wife, Miriam of Springdale, Arkansas; four grandchildren; Luke Irvin, his wife, Jackie of Conway, Seth Irvin, Alexandra Irvin of Garland, TX and Natalie Irvin of Springdale, AR and several nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

A Gathering of Family and Friends will be Friday, May 26, 2017 at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest Funeral Home 1001 South Main St. Hope, AR, between the hours of 6:00 and 8:00pm.
