Hempstead County 4-H O’Rama Results

HOPE – On May 23rd, 2017 at the Hope Fair Park Coliseum, the 4-H’ers in Hempstead County participated in County O’Rama.

This event is held every year. Its purpose is to improve youth’s skills is different areas such as Preforming Arts, Gun-Safety, Bicycling, Vet Science, Sport Fishing, and much more. 4-H youth compete in any of the 28 different categories. This year we had 12 4-H’ers compete, Kassidy Beasley, Kelsea Beasley, Cody Lockhart, Harlie Lockhart, Lane Lockhart, Henry Townsend, Alison Townsend, Rhett Tuttle, Lily Kay Tuttle, Blane Tuttle, Nick Ward Jr., and Sarah Ward. We are super excited that Blane Tuttle and Sarah Ward will be representing Hempstead County 4-H at District O’Rama on the 20th of June at the Malvern High-school. Blane Tuttle will compete at the District Level in Gun-Safety and Sarah Ward will be competing at the District Level in Bait Casting. Help us wish them luck as they move to the next level of competition!
