PRESCOTT – Crews with the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department had Hwy. 371 partially blocked Wednesday.
The highway had a 1,600 foot section dug up and repaved. Traffic was one-lane much of the day. At one point, the entrance to Hines Blvd. was closed while paving and rolling was done.
