Santa cop softball game set

HOPE – Though it’s a bit early to be thinking about Christmas, the Hope Police Department is preparing for the holiday season.

The HPD will host a “Santa Cop softball game” at 6:30 p.m. on June 29, at Lady Cat Field in Fair Park. The game will feature veteran officers against rookies. Hot dogs and drinks are available by donation, and all proceeds go to the Santa Cop program.

Donations are welcome before and after the game. Checks should be made payable to the Hope Police Department.
