Hempstead County 3 Closed To Through Traffic

HOPE – Hempstead County 3, also known as Patmos Road, is closed to through traffic at the 4200 block, between Country Club and Hempstead County 56. Drivers should use caution in this area and detour, via 28th Street to Hempstead 56.

Recent heavy rains have undermined parts of the road in this area to the point that they are no longer safe for travel.
