RoC holds commencement exercises

HOPE – “Pomp and Circumstance” was the song of the morning recently as the children of Rainbow of Challenges’ Making Rainbows DDS class conducted their summer graduation ceremony . The students presented a special program of songs and received their diplomas. The graduates now set their sights on kindergarten and a bright future.
