A two vehicle hit and run accident occurred at 7;30 a.m. in the 500 block of W. 3rd.
8/22
A two vehicle accident occurred on private property at 3:05 p.m. in the 1000 block of S. Lakeshore Dr.
A two vehicle accident occurred at 3:43 p.m. in the 100 block of W. 3rd.

A two vehicle accident occurred on private property at 12:36 p.m. at Wal-Mart.

A two vehicle accident occurred on private property at 9:54 a.m. at Wal-Mart.
ARRESTS
8/21
John Nelson, 21, and a 17-year-old boy, both of Washington and Keishon Parker, 20, of Hope, were arrested at 9:24 p.m. in the 500 block of N. McRae. All three were charged with possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and carrying a weapon.
8/22
Brian Sims, 33, of Hope, was arrested at 11:25 p.m. in the 500 block of N. Hervey and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and served with a warrant for failure to appear.
Travis Terry, 54, of Hope, was arrested at 6 p.m. in the 800 block of E. 2nd and charged with violation of a protection order.

Sabrina Bear, 19, of Rosston, was arrested at 6:18 p.m. at Wal-Mart and charged with theft of property.
Hadiya Wright-Brown, 23, of Hope, was arrested at 2:18 a.m. at the Peak Apartments and charged with criminal trespass, tampering with physical evidence and served with a failure to appear warrant.

Adrieona doss, 25, of Hope, was charged with leaving the scene of an accident with property damage from an incident that occurred at 12:30 p.m. at Wal-Mart on Aug. 14.
8/23
Cory Wesley, 34, of Hope, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault on a family member from an incident that occurred at 4:30 a.m. on Aug. 14 in the 200 block of E. Hickory.
8/24
Robert Pearson, 57, of Hope, was charged with two counts of theft of property. The first incident occurred at Wal-Mart at 12:30 p.m. on July 14, while the second occurred on Aug. 14 at 5:25 p.m. at Atwoods.
Lisa Dixon, 39, of Hope, was charged with theft of property from an incident that occurred at 12:30 p.m. on July 24 at Wal-Mart.
