Brazzel Donates to Renewal Ranch

brazzel                                                                                                       Richard and Rosetta Hogue have been collecting funds for a facility in Faulkner County called “Renewal Ranch”. The facility helps men with substance abuse and addiction problems. It currently has five local residents in its program. The Hogues have felt led to raise funds for a new facility at the ranch which will allow it to serve more men. They stopped by Brazzel/Oakcrest Monday September 25th to receive a check from the funeral home and a personal check from Hempstead County Coroner Ben Brazzel. Incidentally, one of Brazzel’s first jobs as a teenager was pumping gas and working at Hogue’s Exxon at I-30 and Highway 29 North. Prior to the check presentation there was much reminiscing between the Hogues and their former employee!

  1. Very worth while cause. Unity Baptist Church had the Renewal Ranch visit and present their program. It is a strong Christian based program for addicts.
Thank you Brazzel Funeral Home, and Ben, for donating to a much needed and important program.
    God bless you.
