ACCIDENTS

A one vehicle accident occurred at 9:22 p.m. in the 900 block of N. Hervey.

A two vehicle accident occurred at 4:45 p.m. in the 200 block of S. Hazel.

ARRESTS

10/6/17

Jose Torres, 46, of Hope, was arrested at 7:43 p.m. in the 300 block of W. Compress and charged with public intoxication.

Amy Warren, 34, and Johnathan Bobo, 37, both of Hope, were arrested at 8:36 p.m. in the 100 block of S. Hervey. Warren was charged with possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bobo was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and expired tags.

Courtney Clemons, 32, of Lewisville, was arrested at 11:03 p.m. in the 200 block of S. High St., and charged with possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, obstructing government operations and driving on a suspended license.

Matthew Dillard, 18, of Rosston, was arrested at 2:54 a.m. in the 800 block of E. Henry C. Yerger and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, carrying a weapon, driving while intoxicated, drugs, possession with the purpose to deliver, methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance near certain facilities and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms.

Christopher Evans, 47, of Hope, was arrested at 6:19 p.m. in the 2000 block of S. Main, and charged with public intoxication.

Fred Artis, 54, of Hope, was arrested at 8:23 p.m. in the 1000 block of W. Ave. B and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and public intoxication.

OTHER

Bryan Arnold, 30, of Hope, was charged with third degree domestic battery from an incident occurring at 12:30 p.m. on Aug. 12 at America’s Best Value Inn.
