RoC graduates nutrition course

HOPE – Pictured are recent ROC graduates of the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) Nutrition Education and Physical Activity classes. Presented by the U of A Research & Extension office, the eight-week program was conducted by instructors Ruth Cook and Nakya Griffin. The ROC individuals learned ways to integrate healthy food, exercise, money saving and shopping habits into their daily lives. Upon graduation they received certificates and a gift bag containing useful information, cookbook, and kitchen gadgets to continue their education in the home.
