ACCIDENTS

A two vehicle accident occurred at 2:12 p.m. on private property at Wal-Mart.
A two vehicle accident occurred at 4:24 p.m. in the 1200 block of N. Hervey.
ARRESTS
10/9
Ryan Rivera, 35, of Hope, was arrested at 5:55 p.m. in the 400 block of Moses St. and charged with first degree assault.
Sandra Lucio, 39, of Hope, was arrested at 9:18 p.m. in the 600 block of W. Elm and charged with driving on a suspended license and served with warrants for failure to appear and a foreign warrant.

John McKinney, 49, of Hope, was arrested at 7:10 a.m. in the 400 block of Moses St. and charged with third degree domestic battery.
Shemika Craven, 30, Tara Fellows, 29, and Charles Howard, 79, all of Hope, were arrested at 11:39 a.m. at Wal-Mart. Craven was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving on a suspended license, fleeing on foot, theft of property, third degree escape and resisting arrest. Fellows and Flowers were charged with public intoxication.
Mercedes Martin, 25, of Hope, was arrested at 7:13 p.m. in the 100 block of Hazel St. and charged with driving on a suspended license and served with a foreign warrant and warrant for failure to appear.
Ashanta Morris, 21, and Tiangelia Harris, 29, both of Hope, were arrested at 1:36 p.m. in the 500 block of Caney Creek Circle and charged with third degree domestic battery.
Harold Utley, 31, of Hope, was arrested at 5:19 p.m. in the 400 block of N. Main and charged with third degree assault on a family or household member.

Messiah Wilson, 21, of Hope, was arrested at 2:22 p.m. in the 1000 block of W. 15th and charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle.
Steve Rosilier, 38, of Hope, was arrested at 4:09 a.m. at El Agaves and charged with the breaking or entering of a safe or lock box.

Lisa Hawkins, 34, of Hope, was arrested at 6 p.m. in the 1600 block of W. 5th and charged with second degree terroristic threatening.
A 16-year-old Hope boy was charged with possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, at 4:03 p.m. in the 1200 block of W. Ave. E.
