Cattle Receipts: 1747   Last week: 1940   Last year: 1534

 

Compared to last week: Feeder steers 2.00-5.00 lower. Feeder heifers steady

to 3.00 lower. Slaughter cows 2.00 lower. Slaughter bulls 2.00-3.00 lower.

Supply included 911 feeder calves; 490 yearlings; 40 replacement cows; 269

slaughter cows; 37 slaughter bulls. Feeder supply consisted of 40 percent

English and English crosses; 38 percent Exotic and Exotic crosses; 22 percent

Brahman and Brahman crosses. Feeder supply included 60 percent steers and

bulls; 40 percent heifers.
