Fire destroys SUV

PRESCOTT – A 2016 Buick Enclave was destroyed by fire early Friday morning.

The call came in around 9 a.m. concerning a vehicle fire on the access ramp at the Little Missouri off Hwy. 67. The Nevada County Rescue Unit, Nevada County Sheriff’s Office, Arkansas State Police and Arkansas Game and Fish Commission responded to the call. No one was injured, but the interior of the vehicle was burned.

According to Larry Miller, chief deputy with the NCSO, the driver, Patricia Webb, said the radio was cutting out and she pulled over to see what the problem was. When she did, smoke came from the dashboard. The vehicle is owned by Bill Webb.
