HOPE-Halloween was a day of treats for Hope In Action from the Hempstead County officials. The elected officials had heard Hope In Action actually ran out of food the week before and took the time Tuesday to hold a food drive. The officials gathered several boxes of food to take to the food pantry. Mae Dulaney of Hope In Action says it was much appreciated.
