Willie Mae “Mimi” McKee

Willie Mae “Mimi” McKee, 98, of Hope, AR passed away Sunday,
November 19, 2017, in Hope.

Mimi was born in Poplar Bluff, MO, September 2, 1919 to Jack
and Jessie Mae Carter Simmons.

She was a longtime member of New Hope Baptist Church, had worked for
Hope Public Schools in the cafeteria, loved everyone and was known as Mimi.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and husband Thomas Samuel McKee,
and two sons: Tommy Joe and Larry Wayne McKee.

She is survived by her sister Barbara Still of Hope; grandchildren Jeffery McKee and Jason and Sharae McKee all of Hope, great grandchildren Aaron McKee of Hope, and
Kelsey Lowe of Fayetteville, AR; special niece Julie Stevenson (David) of Hope, nephews Jack (Mona) Still of Hope, and Mike (Eileen) Still of Hot Springs, AR.

Visitation will be Wednesday, 1:00 – 2:00 pm, November 22, 2017, at Herndon Fuqua Funeral Home of Hope, with graveside services to follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery at
2:00 pm, with Bro. Neal Ridling officiating, under the direction
of Herndon Fuqua Funeral Home of Hope.
