Taste Test

Students at Hope Academy of Public Service were given the opportunity to “taste test” offerings of Oriental-style chicken. Hope Public Schools Nutrition Director Deanna Gilbert said the students expressed a preference for the sweeter of the two styles, and she will endeavor to incorporate the offering into the menu. The taste test is part of a series of such events which Gilbert has conducted on different campuses to find new menu items for each campus. – Ken McLemore/Hope Public Schools
