HOPE – Casey Singleton, a nine-year veteran of the Hope Police Department, was recently promoted to Patrol Sergeant.

Singleton holds a general Law Enforcement Certificate in the State of Arkansas and has attended more than 653 hours of Law Enforcement Training.  He is a former soldier in the Army National Guard and is the recipient of numerous commendations and awards.

Chief of Police JR Wilson stated, “I am thankful to have hard working and well trained Officers like Sgt. Singleton under my command.  He has the education, experience and expertise to serve well in this position.  I have the greatest confidence in his ability to serve the citizens of Hope, AR with the utmost respect and dedication.  I am equally confident in his ability to be a leader of Officers as well as set a good example in keeping with the honor and tradition of professional, constitutional and community policing.  The position to which Sergeant Singleton has attained is perhaps the most critical in all of policing.  He has my continued prayers and support.”
