Civitan donates to RoC Angels

HOPE – Pictured are members of the area Civitan Club and ROC staffer Michelle Bowlin upon receiving a special donation to the ROC Angels Christmas program. The program is designed to ensure many children from the surrounding area have a full and merry Christmas. Many thanks to the caring members of Civitan.
